News from the School
PILIRANI SHAWA AND MALUMBO HARAWA. Malumbo Harawa and Pilirani Shawa are the best students the school has produced so far. The results this year confirmed this. They did very well especially in sciences with distinctions as their average results. This being the case, it was thought wise that the two could be inspirational to others. The best means was to call the students here at Mwabi so that they should be helping the other students in group discussions and advise them on how to best get the best of themselves. Currently Malumbo and Pilirani are operating the Library. It is in full swing as compared to the past. In the past the Library was being operated by teachers. That time, it was hard to open the library since teachers were very occupied. Nowadays, the efficiency has been improved since it’s always open. Also most of the students tend to be shy to see teachers to help them in certain areas where they do not understand. So these two fill that gap and students are helped that way. They have also been put in charge of the groups formed by students. They are there to see that the discussions in the groups are fruitful and not playful. Their coming has really helped and it is this motivation some students lack. |
